11/22 Replaced upper safety limit with OEM limit. Unit is still tripping limit @320�. Verified unit is LP based on orifice inspection, checked static draft of the 4 heat exchangers. Far left (next to upper limit) exchanger drafting but not as well as the others. Dropped operating gas pressure from 9.9wc to 6.5. Still healthy flame, unit reaching 270-290�. May still need to further inspect upper venting.

Performed heating maintenance and filter change on a lennox gas furnace. Gas pressure 3.37inWC. ran heater and checked startup and shut down safety devices. Draft motor amp draw .46/1.95A. Blower motor capacitor 7.36/7.5mfd. Blower motor amp draw 4.46A. Temp rise 72-110F . Carbon monoxide reading of 0PPM. System is heating at this time.

Performed preventative cooling maintenance on outdoor York AC condenser unit. Changed indoor air filters. Checked the following: -Amperages on compressor and outdoor condenser fan motor. -Dual run start capacitor for the compressor and fan. -Contactor and proper voltage. -Refrigerant circuit for proper flow. -Thermostat functionality. -Proper air flow/temperature split from supply and return vents. System is cooling well at this time with a temp split of 16°.
