Performed heating maintenance and filter change on a guardian gas furnace. Readings: Blower amp draw 2.4/8A, Draft motor amp draw .87/.99A, Carbon monoxide 0ppm, Temp rise of 69-120�F. Heating at this time.

Performed preventative heating maintenance on indoor gas furnace and blower. Checked the following: -Amperages on inducer and indoor blower motors. -Start capacitor for inducer and indoor blower motors. -Proper and safe pressure switch operation. -Proper high voltage provided to furnace. -Check gas valve for proper flow and pressure. -Thermostat functionality. -Proper air flow/temperature split for supply and return vents. System is heating well at this time with a temp split of 40�.

Heating maintenance. Cleaned burners, flame sensor and burner compartment. Unit is running well. Sealed external ducting that may be leaking into front room.

Assessing replacement of an older HVAC unit.

Dealing with a lot of moisture in the system due to mild weather. Told customer to try dehumidifiers, fan function, and ACto remove excess moisture in warm weather.

No heat. Furnace is beginning to fail occasionally.

Heating maintenance. Gas unit that is running well w a 40� temperature rise.

Heating maintenance. Unit is running great w 50� temperature rise.

Minisplit not heating. Tested for leaks. Recovered/ pump down/recharge. Tested for leaks using nitrogen 450lbs. Unit was 1 lbs low of 410A. 30-40� temperature split in heating mode.

Performed heating maintenance and filter change on carrier package heatpump. Readings: Blower amp draw 3.4A, Compressor capacitor 45.3/45mfd, Condenser fan motor capacitor 5.03/5mfd, Compressor Amp draw 9.06/19.3A, Condenser fan motor Amp draw 1.07/1.2A, Temp rise 67-97�F. Heating at this time.

Heating maintenance. Providing new filters to customer.

Heating maintenance. Supply pressure a bit low at 2.9wc. Very dusty. Pulled burners and cleaned. Cleaned burner compartment, igniter, and flame sensors.

No heat. NG pkg on the ground. Inducer motor not spinning. Removed motor to check for obstructions, no capacitor. Motor spinning freely and works when powered. Reinstalled. Gas valve not opening first 3 tries. Valve opens and has manifold pressure of 3.5wc. Performed heating maintenance. Need to return with filters.

Unit making a loud grinding noise when the fan comes on. Checked the capacitor and pulled the motor. The motor is not the problem. The center Hub of the blower wheel seems to be spinning free from the fins. Ordered new blower wheel. Susie is okay with us finishing the repair even if they're closed. 530.521.7097 New wheel here 11/30, dented but installed on 12/1. Too much vibration, ordering a replacement. 12/5 2nd blower wheel installed. Unit is running again.
