Wallheater not coming on. Possibly sluggish valve but thermocouple only putting out 130mv. New thermocouple giving 250mv. Unit seems to be coming on every time.

No heat. Would spark occasionally, burn briefly then go out. Ignition module then went dark. Re-gapped spark, cleaned flame sensor, installed new Ignition module (resideo S8610U). Unit lights and runs. Diagnostic sees 5-6uA from flame sensor.

No heat. Unit is not lighting due to pressure swit ch. Tested switch as good, requires -.5wc. Tested inducer port, providing-.03wc. Cleaned port and pressure tube. Now providing-1.5wc. U nit is working as designed.

System is cooling at this time, but there is rat damage to the duct work. Suggest getting ducting replaced.
