Assessment to add heating and cooling to mobile home.

Heat coming off and on irregularly. Pressure switch problem and possibly thermostat.

Heating maintenance. Cleaned burners, burner compartment, and flame sensor. Checked gas connections and pressure to unit. All other readings are in spec.

Performed heating maintenance on a bryant gas package unit. Cleaned burners. Ran heater and checked startup and shut down safety devices. Draft motor capacitor 3.2/4mfd. Draft motor amp draw .5/.6A. Blower capacitor 14/15mfd. Blower motor amp draw 4.1A. Temp rise 76-105F. System is heating at this time.

Performed preventative heating maintenance on indoor heat pump and blower. Checked the following: -Amperage on indoor blower motor. -Start capacitor for indoor blower motors. -Proper and safe pressure switch operation. -Proper high voltage provided to air handler -Thermostat functionality. -Proper air flow/temperature split for supply and return vents. System is heating well at this time with a temp split of 51�.

Performed preventative heating maintenance on two indoor gas furnaces and blowers. Checked the following: -Amperages on inducer and indoor blower motors. -Start capacitor for inducer and indoor blower motors. -Proper and safe pressure switch operation. -Proper high voltage provided to furnace. -Check gas valve for proper flow and pressure. -Thermostat functionality. -Proper air flow/temperature split for supply and return vents. System is heating well at this time with a temp split of 42�.

Performed heating maintenance and filter change on a day and night gas furnace. Cleaned flame sensor and burners. Gas pressure 10.5inWC. Ran heater and checked startup and shut down safety devices. Draft motor capacitor 4.89/5mfd. Draft motor amp draw .39/.39A. Blower motor capacitor 24.7-25mfd. Blower motor amp draw 4.7A. Temp rise 73-115F . Carbon monoxide reading of 0PPM. System is heating at this time.

Replaced 70/5ųf capacitor (2018) that is reading 63/2ųf. Tested unit.

Performed cooling maintenance on bryant package system. Replaced filter (1@20x25x1) and checked that thermostat is functioning. Checked disconnect and fuses. Checked run capacitor was within range. Verified unit was getting 240V and that contactor is functioning. Checked compressor Amp draw and out door fan motor Amp draw. Visually inspected for leaks. Checked that condensate was draining. Washed condenser coil. Checked temperature split. System is operational and cooling at this time.
